Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 16, 2026
Welcome to TechDino. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of TechDino's website and services, including ready-made white-label products, source-code licensing, and custom software development.
1. What a Branded Setup Includes
A standard white-label (branded) setup of a ready-made product includes: your business name, logo, and brand colors applied across the application; deployment on your own domain; configuration of the included admin panel; and setup of the payment gateway supported by the product. The exact module list for each product is described on its product page and confirmed in writing before purchase.
2. What “Customization” Means
Customization refers to changes beyond branding — new features, modified workflows, additional roles, third-party integrations, or design changes. Customization is scoped and quoted separately from the base product price. Anything not listed in the agreed scope document is not included.
3. Source Code, Licence & Ownership
Applicable source code, database schema, included migrations, and setup documentation are provided for the applications and modules listed in the agreed purchase scope. Usage, modification, deployment, redistribution, resale, and ownership rights are governed by the applicable written agreement or licence.
Unless your written agreement states otherwise:
- Usage and modification. You may use and modify the delivered code for the business and deployment described in the agreed scope.
- Deployment. You may deploy the delivered code on infrastructure you control. Deployment beyond the agreed operational scope — for example additional tenants, brands, or separate businesses — is a separate licence item.
- Redistribution and resale. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or lease the product source code to third parties. Reseller and white-label distribution rights exist only under a written reseller agreement.
- Copyright. Copyright in the underlying product code base remains with TechDino. Copyright is assigned only where a written agreement expressly assigns it. Nothing on this website, and nothing in a quotation, transfers copyright by itself.
- Custom work. Intellectual-property rights in bespoke modules developed specifically for you are addressed in the written agreement for that work, and typically transfer on completion of the agreed payment milestones.
- Open-source dependencies. Delivered code includes third-party open-source components, each governed by its own licence (for example MIT, Apache-2.0, or BSD). Those licences continue to apply to those components and are not superseded by your agreement with TechDino. Licence files are retained in the delivered repository.
- Repository access. Access to the delivered repository, and the duration of that access, are set out in the agreement. Handover is made once the agreed payment milestones are cleared.
4. Deployment & Hosting Responsibility
We provide setup support on VPS hosting, CloudPanel, Nginx, PM2, and Docker configurations. Hosting accounts, domains, and third-party service accounts are registered in the client's name and paid for by the client. Once the deployment phase completes and credentials are handed over, ongoing server payments, SSL renewals, domain mappings, and data backups are the client's responsibility unless a separate maintenance retainer is agreed.
5. Third-Party & Store Charges
Charges billed by third parties are not included in TechDino quotations. This includes payment-gateway fees (e.g. Razorpay, Stripe), WhatsApp Business API and SMS/OTP usage, AI/API usage fees, hosting and domain costs, and Apple App Store / Google Play Store developer-account and review fees. Where a product uses such services, we configure them under your accounts and you pay the providers directly.
6. Support Duration
Each purchase includes a bug-fix support window covering defects in delivered functionality, with the duration stated in your quotation or invoice. New features, scope changes, or issues caused by third-party changes or client-side code edits fall outside this window and are quoted separately. Longer-term maintenance is available as a retainer.
7. Client Data Ownership
Applications are deployed on infrastructure you control, and all business and end-user data in those applications belongs to you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Limitation of Liability
TechDino builds systems conformant with agreed specifications. We are not liable for business losses, transaction failures, or server issues resulting from third-party service outages, hosting-provider actions, or modifications made by client-side developers after handover.
9. Security, Backups & Regulatory Compliance
Applications are built with role-based access control, secure authentication, and hashed credentials. After handover, server hardening, patching, monitoring, backup scheduling, backup testing, and restoration remain the client's responsibility unless a written maintenance retainer covers them.
Where a product can support configurations commonly required by a regulatory framework — for example healthcare access control or data-protection controls — that is a technical capability, not a certification. Final regulatory compliance depends on your hosting environment, internal policies, contracts with processors, operational procedures, staff training, risk assessment, and legal review. TechDino does not certify compliance with any regulatory framework.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in writing. On termination, work completed and invoiced up to that point remains payable, and any handover already made stands. Rights granted under the applicable licence survive termination only to the extent that agreement states.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction, unless a signed agreement specifies a different governing law or forum, in which case that agreement prevails.
12. Scope of These Terms
These website terms summarise how TechDino normally works. They are not legal advice and do not replace a signed agreement or independent legal review. Where these terms and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement prevails. We recommend that both parties have their own counsel review any agreement before signing.
