Welcome to TechDino. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of TechDino's Website and Services.

1. License & Code Usage

When you purchase a ready-made application from TechDino (such as PetCart or ClinicCRM), we grant you a license to use and modify the source code for your business branding. Unless specifically agreed in a custom reseller contract, you may not redistribute, resell, or lease the raw product source code to external developers.

2. Deployment & Hosting Responsibility

We provide setup support on Hostinger VPS, CloudPanel, Nginx, PM2, and Docker configurations. Once the deployment phase completes and login details are delivered, maintaining server payments, SSL renewals, domain mappings, and data backups remains the responsibility of the client.

3. Limitation of Liability

TechDino builds systems conformant with requested specifications. We are not liable for business losses, transaction failures, or server issues resulting from custom third-party API adjustments made by client developers.
